Carson & Kathleen {the Itty Bitty Party Committee}

I’ve thrown quite a few parties, and it is always somewhere in the middle of it that I realize I am in over my head. Stress seeps in and I truly wonder if I will be able to pull off the party and sanity at the same time. So when I met Carson & Kathleen, the faces behind the Itty Bitty Party Committee, I eagerly asked them to share with us a little bit of who they are and what they do. I also got to hang out with them and take some photos, and I’m telling you, these ladies are FUN to hang out with!

Who & what is the Itty Bitty Party Committee? Well first off, the only itty bitty things about us is our height. Clocking in at 4’11″ & 5’3″ respectively, we’re used to be calling ‘small’. However “itty bitty” in no means puts a limitation on the type of events we do. Itty Bitty Party Committee is a full service wedding & event planning company. We provide complete consulting services for weddings, parties and events. Whether it’s merely contract reviews & vendor recommendations or a full scale wedding for 250 guests, we’ve got it! We love to take ideas & create meaningful memories around the days that will be remembered as some of your most special moments.

What sets the Itty Bitty Party Committee apart from other wedding & event planners? First – we are certified wedding planners. What does that mean? Well, it means that while we knew this is what we wanted to do with our careers, we actually went through school and logged a large amount of hours in hands-on training receive ‘certification’. We were trained by experts in the business, we completed hours of prep and course work, and we passed final examinations before we could officially call ourselves certified planners. Second, we are automatically two for the price of one. Pretty cool, huh? While we both have our strong points, such as Kathleen’s background in art and Carson’s background in advertising & business marketing, we know how to work together and fuse our strengths towards putting on a pretty swell party. Think of us as having a creative committee at your finger tips – just waiting to execute a truly unique & amazing event, custom tailored to your specifications.
