“Make sure he doesn’t see her reflection in the glass door! Lets all just line up here in front of it!” “Ok Paul’s in place you can bring her closer!” “You two can reach around the corner now!” That’s just a few of the comments and laughter that surrounded the funnest part of Paul and Stephanie’s wedding! Early on they decided not to see each other before the ceremony. But they did decide to have a few moments together! It started off with Paul and Stephanie coming from opposite directions and then just holding hands and talking around the corner. Then they were blind folded and got to come together. Paul had never seen her dress, but he got to feel parts of it as he embraced his soon to be wife. Stephanie hadn’t gotten to see her ring yet, but she got to feel it and wear it blindfolded. It was a super fun way to do a little almost first look and spend a few minutes together, but not actually see each other before the ceremony. You two are too cute lol, I will always remember those moments with a chuckle and a smile.
I also need to say I LOVE the photos we did in stephanie’s dad’s office with some of his walls. When it comes to creative space I don’t think that spot can be beat. You two look fabulous. Thank you so much for having us out! You can also check out the Storybook Slideshow. Enjoy!

Victoria & Brad {Engagement} – Nashville, TN | Lukas VanDyke - International Wedding Photographer - [...] Six years ago I moved to Los Angeles from a small town in Kentucky. The big city didn’t intimidate me, but what stood out to me was how the majority of people ignored you! Or I should say, compared to the south, where everyone is so friendly. Anyways, I started going to church, and a few months later was excited to meet a girl from Tennessee! It was like we were neighbors! She quickly became one of my closest friends. Victoria ended up moving back to TN, and recently got engaged. I was so happy I could do a mini engagement session with her while we were in Nashville a few weeks ago for Stephanie & Paul’s wedding.
