I have a sweet memory of when I first met Laura to talk about her wedding. It soon felt like coffee with an old friend. She shared how she and Doug met and fell in love, how they had met at school but it wasn’t until after graduating that they became interested in eachother. When Lukas and I drove up north to do their engagement session in gorgeous Santa Cruz, we made a camping weekend of it so I have many fun memories attached to their engagement photos as well. Needless to say, when the big day came I was super excited!
Laura chose deep purple as her main color, with pops of pink in the elegant bouquets. Her bracelet was handmade in the same purple tone just for her special day. Another special thing Laura did was for her “something old” she wore the veil her mother had worn at her wedding, which I love. Doug and Laura your love for eachother is so sweet. Thanks for letting us be a part of your big day!
