I admit I was pretty excited about the Jarritos soda and the TopoChico mineral water. It’s the bright colorful bottles I love to photograph and the bold sugary goodness that I love to drink. I guess I’m a bit strange, but it’s one of those little things that make me happy. However, even more exciting than my bottles of colored sugar water was getting to have a bunch of fun people out who were excited about photography and ready to bring their skills to the next level! Thank you all for coming, it was a total blast having you all out.
We started with a couple hours in the studio going over everything camera related including, aperture, shutter speed, ISO, kelvin, w/b, back button focus, focus points etc. The interactive lecture was followed by lunch, and then we all walked downstairs and hopped on the subway (2 stops) to Union Station where we practice some actual shooting! I love it!
Thank you also Donny and Laura, for volunteering to model, and Kassandra for doing the make-up. You guys were fabulous and there’s another super fun blog coming up tomorrow with a little mini session we did on the fire escape and a little more on them. =)
