If you’ve followed my blog for any amount of time you might be aware that I feel like there are better ways to develop your photography skills than signing up for a class at the local community college or paying for in person workshops. Sure you might learn from those, but they can get expensive, and cause a major disruption to your normal schedule. In a lot of cases Define is a better solution! It offers a wide range of topics on everything from the most basic material on how to use your camera, to more advanced workflow or business techniques for full time photographers.
The best part is you can watch the material each week whenever you want. No interrupting your normal schedule and driving down to school, you just need pick up your laptop and start watching. In the office, at the beach or in bed. On top of the flexibility, the Define online forums offer all the one on one help you need from teachers who know the topics inside and out and currently work in the industry! I can’t say enough good things about this solution!
Amazing comprehensive coverage on a variety of key topics, great teachers who are experienced and love what they do, complete flexibility with your schedule, and it all costs less than most one day workshops, or even a class at the local camera store or college!
All said, watch the video below, then check out THE WEBSITE HERE. Registration opens on October 1st, and I will be teaching a class on workflow! I can’t wait!
Also, you can share the commercial on your blog, Tumblr, Twitter, Facebook or even Pinterest. Share the video as many places as you want and then email the Define Director of Social Media, Karin Curtis, at firstname.lastname@example.org telling her all the ways you shared it. Every way equals one entry. Next Friday, September 28th one person will be chosen as a winner of a $500 scholarship to be used on any classes of their choice at Define!
Please share and have your email sent to Karin by Thursday, September 27th at midnight EST.
